Privacy policy

WorkPM is operated by Micronetbd Inc., Hamilton, New Jersey. This policy covers workpm.ai and the WorkPM application.

What we collect on this website

Standard server logs (address, browser, pages, time), analytics and advertising tags from Meta and LinkedIn used to measure and reach visitors, and anything you send us through email or a walkthrough request. If the Workup Agent assistant is present on a page, its conversation with you, the pages you viewed, and the contact details you choose to give are stored so that we can follow up.

What we process in the application

Customers put their own project data into WorkPM: tasks, email threads forwarded to project addresses, meeting recordings and transcripts, time entries, survey responses and contact details of the people on their projects. That data belongs to the customer. We process it to run the service, including sending it to AI providers to produce summaries, diagnostics and answers, and we do not use it to train models. Customers may bring their own AI key.

Client surveys and referrals

Survey answers and any permission granted (to quote, to use a logo, to publish a case study, to be listed as a referral partner) are stored with the exact wording shown and the time it was granted. Permissions can be withdrawn by writing to us.

Retention and deletion

Application data is retained for the life of the customer account and deleted on request after termination. Website logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing. Write to [email protected].
