Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of workpm.ai and the WorkPM application, provided by Micronetbd Inc., Hamilton, New Jersey.

The service

WorkPM is a project management application with AI assistance. AI output (summaries, suggested updates, diagnostics, answers) is a proposal for a person to review. It is not advice and it can be wrong; the customer is responsible for decisions taken on it.

Accounts and data

Customers are responsible for the people they invite, including guests, and for having the right to put the data they load into the service. Customer data remains the customer's property. We may suspend an account that is used to send unsolicited mail or to load data the customer has no right to.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and give notice of planned maintenance. Support is by email during US Eastern business hours. Specific service levels are set in the customer's order form.

Fees

Fees, terms and renewal are set in the order form. Fees are non-refundable except where the order form says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
